I wish all this madness would amount to a new swimming pool in the backyard ... alas, it did not. We had some broken sewer pipes 8+ feet under the ground and ended up having 45 feet of it replaced.

All done. It feels good to know that all is well down in the ground! We've had a few issues with the place since we moved in and this should help solve the problem. :)
