A red wreath on the door...

I took my red wreath tied a ribbon around it and hung it from the door = instant warmth and happiness!

A touch of pink ...

I bumped into these pillows a few weeks ago and knew they had to come home with me! I love the butterflies on the print and the pop of pink ...

Some snapshots.

I love the big window in the front room - lets in so much light! :)
Looking forward to finishing the trim, the baseboards and the entry way to the dining room.
The focus now is on the backyard!

An old chair that fits right in ...

An old chair ... love how this one turned out! :)

PS - Giving an old chair a new look is a hobby of mine - I love it. Maybe someday I'll open a 'Chairs by Wendy' shop ...

Fabric for the dining room chairs ...

Love the look and feel of this stuff :) - A touch of vintage, a touch of cottage = perfect.

Corner hutch in the dining room. It needs a color makeover - I'm thinking blue, maybe cream.
Future pillow for the couch.

Love that blue. I might use it on the corner hutch in the dining room.
