The lights matter...

My favorite part of any room is the light... lights add so much personality to a space.
During this year's parade of homes, I bumped into the above fixture and was totally enchanted with the dangling forks and spoons.

Taking down the "This house is for sale" sign ...

Ahhhhh we finally closed! :) We now have the key and we can get to work.

PS: The flowers were from our Real Estate Agent... Beautiful.
