The microwave -

I'm happy to report that the microwave is now installed above the stove. OH, it is so nice to have it off the counter. :) Special thanks to my hubby for getting it installed.

I did the happy dance once this big thing was up and running! Yahoooo - :)
Like I've said before when you are fixing up your own house - you learn to appreciate everything that gets done!!!

Hello house ...

I've hardly been home this summer ... and it always feels good to walk in the door and say:
Hello house! And then I think to myself ... Oh, it's so good to be here. It feels happy, and welcoming and peaceful.

I think that's how it should feel every time you walk through the door. :)

White chair covers ...

Found 4 white chair covers and decided to use them in the dining room ...

Throw back from the 60s ...

An old red chair - from the 60's. Bumped into this gem and couldn't leave it behind!
It's the newest chair addition to my ever growing collection. :)
